A total of 67 OFWs consisting of repatriates, displaced, distressed, family circle chapter members and officers was provided an opportunity in February 2021 to be oriented on the various programs for OFWs of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) and the local government of Quezon City thru its Migration Services Division under the Public Employment Service Office (QC-PESO MSD) for general city programs and sectoral programs for OFWs.
The MSD under QCPESO also encouraged and assisted the participants on their existing application for follow-up and updates on their application status. At the same time, the orientation served as a platform to coordinate and link the participants with other programs offerings for OFWs as well as non-migration related programs that they are interested in.
