The Objective of the helpdesk is to serve as a medium of communication and interaction regarding OFW concerns such as application to city & national services qualifications, requirements and processes of each service, conduct psychosocial counseling, immediate response to queries, geo-mapping of beneficiaries, provision of trainings, financial assistance, social services and other related available services. The helpdesk also provides linkages beneficiaries to agencies outside the local government for faster transactions and ease of doing business.
