As a gesture of Quezon City warm welcome, 19 repatriated OFWs and domestic workers, including OFWs with unpaid salaries, were  provided with food packs and hygiene kits as an emergency relief assistance to support them from in light of the job displacement they experienced in the midst of the pandemic.

The activity was made possible through the partnership between Quezon City  thru its Migration Services Division under the Public Employment Service Office (QC-PESO MSD), the Center for Migrants Advocacy (CMA) and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) in the continuing efforts to  extend services to OFWs affected by the pandemic.
